From Concept to Mass Production: A Clear and Predictable Workflow

·Step 1: Requirement Communication and Analysis

You share your product specifications or initial concept, and our engineering team evaluates key optical, mechanical, and electronic requirements, then build a clear development brief to reduce uncertainty before prototyping begins.

·Step 2: Solution Confirmation and Prototyping

Once the overall direction is confirmed, we move into first-round sample development. This stage covers structural design, optical simulation, and PCBA verification, and engineering samples are typically ready within a few weeks for powered functional testing.

·Step 3: Engineering Testing and Optimization

After you receive the samples, on-device testing begins. We then refine and optimize the module based on your feedback until the imaging performance fully aligns with your product requirements.

·Step 4: Small-Batch Trial Production and Validation

Before massBefore mass production, we conduct a pilot run to validate yield, consistency, and production readiness, reducing scale-up risk and supporting a smoother ramp-up.

·Step 5: Stable Mass Production and Global Delivery

Once final approval is completed, the project moves into stable mass production. Supported by a well-established packaging and logistics system, we deliver products on schedule to your designated port or warehouse while continuing to provide technical support throughout the process.
